Q. How can I place an order?
A. Browse our collection, add your favourite apparel perfumes or attars to the cart, and checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation message on Email/WhatsApp once your order is placed.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery can be enabled for selected locations.
Q. Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
A. Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, changes are not possible. Please contact support immediately if you need help.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Q. Will I get a tracking link?
A. Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Not yet. Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be added soon.

Q. Are your fragrances long-lasting?
A. Yes. Our apparel perfumes and attars are crafted using premium ingredients for excellent performance. Longevity may vary depending on fabric, environment, and usage.
Q. What is the difference between perfume and attar?
A. Apparel perfumes are alcohol-based blends designed for projection and freshness, while attars are concentrated oil-based fragrances known for richness and depth.
Q. Are your products original?
A. Absolutely. Every Scentific fragrance is carefully sourced, crafted, and tested for quality.
🔄 Returns & Replacements
Q. Can I return a product if I don’t like the fragrance?
A. Since fragrances are personal-use items, opened products cannot be returned. Please choose carefully before placing an order.
Q. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A. No worries! We will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for quick support.
