📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and attars, we cannot accept returns once the product is opened or used. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos of the product.

Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
